Over the summer, when I lost all my weight, I was counting calories. I don't know if I can go that route again! So, I'm going to have to be on the lookout for a new program. I also need to make a gym schedule and start working out again! I want a body to be proud of, not a body I want to hide.

ETA: I'm going to have to step on the scale tomorrow morning and change all my signature stats accordingly
