  • Thought I'd start this up again. It's an easy place to "journal."

    b: 1 cup raisin bran, 3/4 cup 1% milk, small banana
    l: 2 baked egg rolls (homemade), 1/2 c. fruit salad, 1 cup skim milk
    d: Healthy Choice french bread supreme pizza, green beans, 1 cup skim milk
    s: apple w/2 T. peanut butter

  • My very bad eating day:

    Breakfast: 1 bagel, cream cheese, smoked salmon, sliced tomatoes and onions, earl grey tea w/splenda and milk

    Lunch 2 dinner rolls, liverwurst, lettuce, tomato

    Snack: Salsa and tortilla chips

    Snack: 5 hershey chocolate truffle kisses

    dinner: tofu/brown rice/veggie/cheese casserole

    snack: 1 slice turkey breast, a few pieces of ds' nachos


    The real problem is I know some of the time I was eating even tho I was not hungry at all - just needed to fill that void - I will learn from this!
