Oooo, oooo, pick me!
I just started yesterday on the Extreme Fat Smash diet. I've been a South Beach girl for about six months now but I wanted something that told me exactly what to eat because I was getting tired of logging calories. I'm just going to do it for the three weeks and then either combine the maintenance phase principles with South Beach or go back to South Beach + calorie counting. We'll see. My first day yesterday went great! Good food makes your body feel so great!
