    I spent an hour and 15 at the gym and drank a lot of water, too...

  • Thursday...
    You'll never guess what I had for breakfast. That's right: Oatmeal 3 pts.

    Lunch was a little change with:
    WW Smart Ones Mac and Cheese 6 pts.
    Then that little bit of cake, I counted as 3 pts.

    Snack was:
    Popcorn 2 pts

    Dinner:
    BBQ Turkey Roll-up: 5 pts
    2 Cups skim milk: 4 pts
    Salad with RF Dressing: 1 pt
    Green Beans with 1 tsp margarine: 1 pt

    Snack: Popcorn (again--my stomach aches today) 2 pts.

    Total for the day 27... I didn't go to the gym, my hips were aching and I was sleepy, so I napped instead. What a bum! But I promised myself I'd make it there tonight.
