Okay, I posted just some pics of my face the other day, and I dug up a picture from after my youngest was born. I had to have extensive surgery to remove an IUD that perforated my uterus six weeks after he was born, so after the pregnancy and delivery and surgery, I was at about 310-315 pounds. I only count my weight loss from 295 pounds, because that's where I was steady for a few years before I got pregnant... I don't really count that pregnancy weight. Anyway, here's before:



And here's now - I'm at 219.5 pounds here. Sorry about the quality of the photo - I have to use a cheap webcam because I loaned out my digital cam:



I've got another 44.5 pounds to lose to get to my ultimate goal of 175. But my first BIG goal - 100 pounds gone - is just 24.5 pounds away! I'm doing this! You can do it too!

Edited to add: Yes, I am a dork - my hair is in pigtails - I took this just after I worked out this morning. Ha!)

Thanks for the encouragement, ladies. I always struggle with posting my pics, but I know how seeing the difference in others motivates me, so I jumped out on a limb and did it. I feel safe here. This is a great community, and I really enjoy the fact that this is a place where I can be encouraged by EVERYONE! I have yet to encounter hostility, negativity, ugliness. I have never been to a forum like this before. I am grateful to be a part of it and grateful for everyone's support!
