Hey girls!

So, my laptop won't charge up anymore, and I feel so lost that I can't check in with you all as obsessively as I had been!
Just wanted to share and let you all know that I'm here in spirit, even if I can't get to a computer regularly.
I'll be posting this morning, though...and it looks like the 20 somethings have been busy!

Heeey! I was wonderin' where you were! You said before that someone else's charge cable was working but not your own... Did you try the other persons' again? Mebbe you just need to invest in a new cord???

I just bought a new cord a few weeks ago. My plan now is to take the thing to this computer store in boston that can hook it up and figure out if it's the cord or the actual computer that's busted. This happened a few years ago, too, and it ended up being the computer that wasn't working, not the cord.
Thanks for the advice, though...it's really frustrating not having access to that stupid machine!! Right now I'm trying to read through the pages and pages of the weekly chat thread...it's getting pretty daunting and there are so many things I want to respond to and I just don't think I can do it!!! I'm way coffeed up right now and I think I'm blabbering...

Heehee. I hope you figure out what's going on with your computer. I've had issues with my Mac, it had to have the logic board replaced after it stopped registering when an ethernet cable was plugged in. I wish you tons of luck!
As for the chat, well.. yeah, I feel your pain. I just started typing away in the "quick reply" box, and copied and pasted the whole thing over to the next page... then added on to my responses to various people as I came across their multiple posts that I hadn't yet read.
