  • A year and a half ago, I lost about 30 pounds. I've mainly kept it off, except for a little holiday pudge.

    Now, I'm thinking about getting leaner and going below 140 pounds. I'm planning to be more careful about more food choices (less sugar) and to run more.

    Have you thought about adding weight training? It does wonders as far as getting leaner goes.
