    STL is st. louis, my connecting city for other parts of the world, well, now, i guess its also dallas/fort worth and chicago, but
    I connect for 90% of my flights to the east coast and beyond in stl.

    too much flying i guess.
  • Walden Farms has a line of calorie free -- therefore point free -- dressings and dips. They are actually really good. I get them at Shoprite here.
