Hi all. I'm 37 and live in the Midlands though I am from the North. I am married with 2 kids and really need to lose weight as none of my clothes fit me anymore

Im a northern lass living in the midlands too , just re-started my diet again 3 days ago ,I put 3 st on last year so nothing fits ,need to get it off and this website is very inspiring.
