I ran across this blog of this girl who started doing triathlons while weighing nearly 300 lbs.

She posts her workout schedule and planned events. It is pretty amazing. I've always believed that weight is not a measure of your ability and she proves it.

Our beloved Jessica is another plus sized Triathlete and as always she is an inspiration.
