Food and exercise accountability - January 14-20

    ~1220 calories (I ate at friends' yesterday and, uh, it wasn't too great in terms of calories, so I'm not that hungry today. )

    Exercise: 70 minutes biking.

    I haven't figured out the calories yet, but my plan is to stay as close to 1200 as possible each day.

    Total - 1794, that's what I get for eating less than 1000 cals before dinnertime...
    Exercise - 10 mins elliptical, 25 mins MBWO - that's a "Most of the Body WorkOut!" leg lifts, pull ups, dips, crunches, lower back machine
  • Tuesday

    B - 2 scrambled eggs w/salsa, ww toast with smear of jelly
    L - ww tortilla, 1/2 c ff refried beans, 1/2 avocado, salsa, lf sour cream
    D - salad, leftover stroganoff (made w/93% lean hamburger, lf sour cream, lf mushroom soup) over ?? (either noodles, rice, potatoes), veg
    S - tootsie pop, apple
