Good morning and welcome to a new week!
I weighed in today and I'm down 3 lbs.
I'm not sure I'll lose this week (may even gain) because the trainer has me on a new eating regimine AND my body will probably be in shock because of the supder-dooper-increased workouts. But, we shall see!
Can't weight till Friday, I'm going in again. Me and the scale, it's a love/hate relationship 

I'll be THRILLED once I'm out of these 180s!!
