Diet to Go Low Carb vs Low Calorie

  • I was wondering about these two menu plans from DTG. Which do people loose more weight on. In genereal do people loose more weight on Low Carb diets? Also for those who tried the low carb option would you reccomend it, or does it gt tedious after a while. thanks
