I got good news at the doctor's office yesterday and just had to share. I had blood work done at the end of Dec. and we went over it yesterday. This summer my cholesterol was 253 and now it's down to 220. That's with no medication, only healthy eating and exercise. Also my triglycerides where in the 220s this summer and now they are down to 137!!! In the healthy range! I'm going to just keep doing what I'm doing and hopefully next time I get my cholesterol checked it will be under the 200 mark and I won't have to worry about going on medication.
