Amanda is totally right Porcelain; you know I read a saying somewhere (don't recall where sorry!) and it was talking about dieting and going off plan, cheating in other words. It said "if you have a flat tire on your car, you don't go around to the other three and slash all your tires. You replace the bad tire with a good tire, you start the car again and you keep going" (99% verbatim) Good point. And getting off plan is the same exact way. Just because you lose it one time doesn't mean you should just throw in the towel. Fix what went wrong, and keep on trucking.
We're all in this together. And we're all going to fall, at some point or another. I know I have, many times. But here I am, "trucking right along". it's going to be different for every one of us, because we all are unique and what works for one may not work for the other. So figuring out what you are struggling with is uber important; that way, you can make a plan to counter that struggle, and make it bearable, and hey - you might even overcome it!
I could write a lot more to you but don't want to write a novel, so in closing I also read somewhere that weight loss is 90% mental, and I thought "that is so true". It's in our mindset, the way we think, the choices we make, our attitude, our planning out the battle of the bulge, everything. That was my weakness actually...what did me in the last go around; I didn't plan, and I didn't make good choices or prepare for times I'd be tempted to slip. I also have a better attitude towards exercise and found a solution, something I can do and be consistent with. Your plan needs to be livable, sustainable, and not leave you feeling deprived. I've pretty much decided I am always going to eat this way, because long gone are the days I will be able to "diet" then go back to eating bad foods all the time. Maybe doing something similar will help you.

It all will add up in the end, believe me. Stick with it girl and you will see results.
Lastly these ladies on the board are so supportive, bar none on what is out there now or even maybe will ever be. No matter what, we are in this with you. You can do it - I believe in you!!!
