Hello!
My name is Amanda, and I'm 23. I just recently moved to Ohio with my husband. I've been battling weight issues ever since I went from an extremely skinny 7 year old to an almost obese 8 year old. I've lost the weight a few times before, but big changes in my life and a weak will power always caused it to come back. The recent move was the latest of excuses and gained back 45 of 50 lbs I lost this last year. I've always been able to lose weight when I try, but I've never had any real support to keep the motiviation up and the weight down. My husband helps me the best he can, but of course being thin and fit his whole life he never can really understand what I'm going through and give me the help and support I really need. So that's what brings me here!
My diet plan is just watching my calorie intake with a well balanced meal and lots of water intake. My excercise includes treadmill, indoor cycle, and weight training.
