i would like to say hello to all on the site. my name is linda and i am married with 3 grown up sons i have been eating healthily for 1 week now and am feeling better for it. i dont use scales to tell me that i am fat and dont believe in weghing myself. my clothes tell me that i have lost some lbs this week. i would like to regard my new diet as a life change. i live in fife, scotland and would like to talk to others in my area

hi diane thanx for the note. u have done well. what diet r u on?. are u attending a club? or are u doing it yourself?. i am just using my knowledge gained from weight watchers and slimming world over the past years. mainly eating fruit,veg,fish and chicken. have not felt hungry yet. keep strong. linda

I have been following the ww points plan as I used to be a member years ago and it did work for me.

One of the reasons I stoped going was the cost but now with the new e-source plan they offer its only about £18 a month which included online and the meeting so its saving a fair bit of money.

I started back with a friend this week but not expecting to lose much if any as I've been on the plan for a while now.

You never know tho.
