Hello! My name is Jen I am 35 live in Ohio. I have been battling the bulge for years. I started the trip to a new me 11/07 and have lost 80 lbs..Now its the battle of keeping it off! Winter is killing me! But finally the holidays are over and its time to BUCKLE down!

Jen glad you are here .Great job on the 80 lbs I have a hard time losing 1 , way to go . Settle right in make sure to check all the threads there is a lot of good info and support here.

Have you found our "Maintainers" forum yet? We know that maintaining losses is such a huge part of the battle, and have tons of resources, check-in threads, and etc. to help keep us all on track. Head on over and post away!

Welcome Jen!! I'm from Ohio, too, but live in Arizona (air force) right now. I'm headed back to Columbus in a couple weeks on leave. I'm super excited, but I'm dreading the cold, crappy weather. Anyway, glad you decided to join us. I haven't been around much lately, but it's a good group of people for support. I hope you're happy here!
