I don't deal well with hunger, and I don't have to be hungry on my plan either. I don't know about WW and the points system, but my suggestions would be along the lines of BattleAx and Notthecheat. My suggestions for your menu would be to add a hardboiled egg along with your morning cereal. Instead of the banana, have a piece of lowfat cheese. Skip the pineapple. It's a lot of fruit, and two of them are very high in carbs/sugars. Maybe this is setting off cravings for you. Also, is it TOM? I find the week before I am hungrier than usual. Hope you can work it out, it's no fun to be hungry!
