Kmart seems to be having a sale this week on a handful of exercise videos. Most people are finding them near the electronics section is a cardboard display. They are 7.99.

The one I specifically wanted to point out was a new one called "Star Trainers" I picked up the cardio one but there is a weight one and abs one. 5 30 minute workouts on each DVD with well known names. (The Cardio one has Kimberly Spreen, Rob Glick, Violet Zaki, Gay Gasper, and Kendell Hogan) 170 mins on one DVD for 8 bucks is a great deal and the 2 workouts I previewed looked good.

Also on the rack was the various Biggest Loser DVDs including the new ones.

Violet Zaki is AWESOME! Get ready for your legs to burn...

I do lots of kickboxing DVDs, but I previewed the violet Z. section of the cardio one, and yeah I agree I can see that's going to leave ones legs screaming, but in a good way.

I'm looking forward to trying it but I since my legs are a bit stressed/sore from learning to run I'm going to hold off a few weeks before trying it.

The first time - you'll need bars or handholds to lower yourself to a seated position. BUT...my quads are rock hard now because of her.
