Valentine's Day Goal

  • Anyone else interesting in setting a Valentine's Day goal? I want to hit the first mini goal I set for myself which is 225 lbs. When I reach that I'm going to reward myself with a massage at a local spa. Could really use it will all the exercise I'm doing!
    I like having the goal thread going because it gives everyone a place to check in for encourgement and a place to celebrate success
  • I was trying to hit goal by Valentine's Day, but I don't think it's going to happen. I seem to be able to lose about 2 pounds/month, so it will take me until about March/April to hit goal. As long as I reach it in a healthy way, that's fine!
  • 150 is my goal for Valentine's Day! Cheers to a good day!
  • Switzie6, you and I are at the same weight right now (234 lbs), so I'm right there with you- 225 by valentines day!

  • I am going to se up a big goal...not so i get disappointed but so i work my butt off to get it I want 185 by valentines (thats smaller then even my prepregnancy weight which was 189)
  • My Valentine's Day goal is to lose 10 pounds and be at 210 Ibs! I hope I can bring in an even smaller weight then 210!

    I'd like to join, too. My goal for Valentine's Day is to count my calories and exercise every day. I'm such a slow loser and my scale is nutty, so until I get a new one, I'd like to use that as my goal.

    Yesterday I had 1360 cals. and did 30 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes of a video. What did everyone else do?

  • yesterday I had just under 1400 cals and did 1 hour mini trampolines (split into 2 half hours) and 15 min weights
  • My valentines day goal is to not have to buy my partner jewelry this year. Oh, 225 would be nice.
  • Yesterday I was about 1960 calories (my goal is between 1800-2000) and burned 635 calories doing 15 minutes on elliptical and an hour strength training class.

  • I want to be in the 190's... I don't care where in the 190's, as long as I'm there. I really want to say bye-bye to 200 pounds FOREVER. It'll be a great day for me when I get out of the 200's.
