Hello to all! I've been lurking for about 1 month now and everyone here has truly been a inspiration and motivator to me. I believe it's really important to post the good and the bad,especially the bad because it makes others feel that they are not alone in their everyday struggles.
My problem is I can't find a accurate scale! I weigh myself when I go to the YMCA with the old fashion scale...which is always accurate. When it's time for me to weigh myself at home I have a digital scale which is about 7 pounds off...I wonder if it's the battery? Anywho I guess this wouldn't be a problem if I got to the YMCA every week, but some weeks I may have to work out at home..thus not being able to weigh in @ the Y.
Also, has anyone tried not weighing in every week maybe every month...sometimes the week to week weigh in can be a roller coaster ride?
Any suggestions?
