Dining Out points

  • I know WW has a dining out guide, but someone I was talking to yesterday mentioned that WW has a sheet of paper with some suggestions for dining out and their points. I was just wondering if someone could post it or email it to me if something like this was really floating around out there.

I'm struggling with the thought of not having the nutrient guidelines to go by.

    Thanks,
    Kim
  • For a list that's much more complete than what Weight Watchers offers, I go to www.dwlz.com and click on the restaurant guide. There are dozen and dozens of them available. I printed the pages of restaurants that I go to, so I have the info handy at all times. Also, the mods there are very good at keeping up with the changes for each restaurants, adding the new foods, etc.
  • Great info! Thanks! I saved it in my favorites.

We live in the boonies and don't have many chain restaurants around here. We have little places that serve a lot of fried chicken and pasta. Even before WW I would order a side salad with dressing on the side and a bowl of tortellini with meat in chicken broth. My question right now is how to figure out how many points that bowl of soup would be.

Hb is cooking steaks on the grill tomorrow. I definately have to save some points for that.
