How to log activity on Fit Day?

  • Hello everyone. I have been using Fit Day for food only, since I had started a spread sheet for exercise much earlier. Starting with the new year I want to track both activity and food on Fit Day. Can anyone tell me what activity(s) I should use for elliptical and Pilates?

  • Do you use the online or the PC version? I have the PC version and I created a custom entry for pilates.
    If you are using the online version, you could use:
    Pilates - Calisthenics home exercise, light or moderate effort, general, going up & down from floor
    Elliptical - Ski machine, general

    They are close in the number of calories burned per hour.
  • Thank you CD. I use the online version and will use the Calisthenics and Ski machine for now. I have been tempted to buy the PC version, and the custom entry might be the thing that gets me to order.
