Me: 175.5, down 2 pounds from last week. Finally, back in the 170's where I belong. I've gone back to counting calories and logging my food. I'm making a real effort this year to finally lose these stubborn last 40. And I know I'm going to make good headway.




Thing is I think that's right too as my weight has dropping like a bomb all week and I'm not doing anything stupid since getting back on track - in fact I've added two snacks into my day of protein and I'm drinking the water I should which I wasn't before. I'm perplexed to say the last... my 'high' of 80kg (I regained during nov/dec to get to that) wasn't a false reading either as I was that for some time... Perplexing... but happy. Won't be surprised if don't lose next week!
