Alright, so I made it through the holidays without any gains, but then went out of town and gained a good bit back (I had dropped to 281 last wednesday, but am back to 285). But, I am ready to start fresh and get back on track. I've eaten badly today, but tomorrow Iwill return to trying to eat the "good" stuff and tay away from the crap!
