New To 3FC - 20lbs to go. Buddies??

  • Hey Gals:

    I'm new to 3FC and I've decided once and for all to lose this weight.

    I cheet on my diet all the time. I had 4 pieces of cake and creat today. And it's been three weeks since I've been to the gym.

    I'm currently 147lbs at 5'1" amd wamt tp get down to 127 lbs. (25 years old)

    I've set a new workout plan. I just need to start.

    How do you guys stick to your diets? How often do you cheat?

    Looking forward to getting my ticker up and to using kyour stories as encouragment.

  • As Susan said, join us in the weekly chat.....or in the January club thread. You'll get some good pointers here and there. But basically quite a few of us are "up" from the holidays and we're trying to figure out how to get back on track and stay there ourselves.

    Cheating....you only cheat yourself if you cheat. It doesn't mean that I don't do it, but since I'm a calorie counter at heart, I can usually find a way to fit in a cheat food here and there. Going way overboard just isn't part of my lifestyle any longer. A big meal or a dessert now and then can be worked in.
