What's the Damage?

  • Back to WW tonight 3.5 pounds on. i was expecting 4-5 at least so could be worse. Did better than my leader who put 5.5 on

    I want it off by Feburary!!

  • I put on 3lbs over 2wks. I expected more as I've had alchohol, puddings and chocolate. Started back on the diet properly yesterday.

  • 8 since the start of November, 1 since mid December. I actually got my arse into gear over Christmas in an attempt to minimise the damage during my comfort eating through November and early December. I just need to keep on knuckling back down to it now.

    I've been back on track since just before NY and weigh in on sunday will be after first 'full' week of eating clean etc ... we shall see

    I obviously have some issues to work through lol seem to swing from one extreme to the other here... oh well
  • Well I was up 6 lb since the beginning of December. No surprise really. I hate being back up at 217 lbs. It's so much more to lose just to get under 200 lbs which is my first goal.
