
Well hey there guys...
I hope you're all well. I haven't been posting much on here recently but I do come on and read a lot.
Well after maintaining my weight at 187 pounds since June (I think) the last month I had a serious bout of insomia and put on... 4 pounds!! BLURGHHH!!! So i've decided its a good time to get off of my lazy maintaining bottom and try and shed another 10 pounds. Well... I'm certainly going to need loads of luck and motivation...
I'm Sure you'll be hearing my moans in a day or two...

and the maintaining stuff was going so well. It was really nice actually - it meant that I could eat things without having to weigh or check the calories. But a bonus has come out of it, I've moved closer to my University which means I now officially WALK EVERYWHERE!! Its wonderful! I love it, before I would get all angry if it was wet and now I just walk right through it. I think that was helping with my maintenance as well... so... well... yaaay! lol. I see you've started on your second round - good to see you're still going!
