  • every one!

Shay - I just sent you a PM - but the "official" New Year's weigh in this morning was #185.2 - putting me only #.3 away from my New Years Goal! So my Dec. loss was actually #9.7

ceejay - Is always great to see new people that are determined to make it!

I've made my new mini-goal ticker. My official weigh in day is Sunday - so the weight from the 30th is my start weight. My goal is to get out of the #180's - which would be awesome!!!

my ultimate goal strategy is to lose #7-#10 in Jan - March
  • CeeJay--Everyone is welcome!

Enygirl-- Congrats! Way to go !

I'm thinking about mini goals but not sure what I want to do yet. I don't want my signature to get too big because I think I want to do one for TBL challenge. We'll see.
  • Up for the challenge
I would like to join the challenge too! It sounds like a great way to get momentum. My main goal is to keep losing and get out of the 190's.
  • As you can see I have made some decisions about mini goals and tickers. My goals and tickers are based on me trying to lose 3lbs a week. When I am doing what I am supposed to do that is very doable for me. If I could consistently lose 3lbs a week I can get to my ultimate goal before December!

Welcome ieduc8em! The more the merrier! We look forward to hearing from you.
  • Enygirl & TTTA: WOW!!! Awesome losses. Congratulations!

    Welcome everybody that is new.

I'm back on plan and working out. I'm excited about TBL challenge. I wish it started before the 13th, but I guess I'll survive. I guess it will give me time to lose the couple of pounds I put on over Christmas!!
  • Weighed today and I am down 2 more pounds. Hopefully I'll make good choices and I'll keep losing I know I can do it. Thanks for the support!
  • Great job ieduc8em! You're on your way.

Hi ggmugsy! Working out is one of my main struggles. WTG for being on plan and working out.
  • Shay - I think that if you know you can do #3 a week if you stick to plan then go for it. I'm still so new to all this weight loss stuff - so i have no idea what my maximum loss in a week could be (although since being sick since the 28th I've lost #2.2 as of today and it hasn't even been a week!) I'm sticking with the #7-#10 a month for now. If I can do that consistently then I'll be at goal well befroe December.

ieduc - it seems that you are off to a great start! KEEP THAT MOMENTUM GOING!!!
  • Enygirl--I guess that is one thing I have learned through this up & down battle--my body and how it works. I've lost as much as 7 lbs in one week before. I was doing WW like I am now. I can't remember if I was exercising then too. That's why I keep returning to it because it works for me.
  • Finding what works for you is the key. This is the first time I've ever really Stuck to something - but calorie counting works for me. I don't limit what i can eat - just how much in a day. So I guess that if I want a snikers bar it's fine - but there's a wasted 273 calroies on something that isn't going to truely fill me up.

I'm still feeling sick - although much better today. i was still running a fever off and on all day yesterday - it sucks. I haven't worked out in over a week now, and I feel weak because of that and being sick. 'tis the season! I'm hoping to get better before next Monday so I can go back to work. I have so much to catch up on!
  • Here's my goals:

    1) Earn 49 activity points per week.
    2) Stay within my normal points, not using any flex of activity points.
    3) Maintain a positive attitude.

If I can do those things, the weight should come off. I can't decide what to do for my Watch Me Bloom goal. I'll decide the morning I weigh in, I guess.
  • I'm Back! I know it has been a while since I have posted, things have been so crazy at work and home. So far I am down 12 lbs! Yea! I did pretty good thru the holidays, but I need to start really trying to get some excersice in my routine.
