Sample menus?

  • I am considering going back on WW Core. I was hoping you guys could post some sample daily menus so I can see how it might work out for me. Thanks!

    Breakfast: 1/2 cup old-fashioned oatmeal, cooked with 3/4 cup skim milk, and cinnamon. I add one tablespoon of walnuts and one tiny box of raisins for points. I add the other quarter cup of milk to the top to complete one milk serving.

    Lunch: Home made split pea soup

    Snack: 1/2 cup FF cottage cheese and 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks

    Dinner: Grilled chicken with spices and hot peppers, whole pinto beans, lettuce, fresh tomato salsa, and 1/2 cup brown rice. Sprinkling of cheese for points. The healthy oil is in the cooking of this dish.

    Snack: Not sure. Maybe SF/FF pudding with FF cool whip. I need at least some more dairy.
