I usually run before breakfast - just a quick 3 miles or so, but as I´m usually up before my parents it doesn´t eat into the family part of the day. But, this year we´re going on a whale and dolphin watching trip at 10am, and we need to leave at 9 to get down to the port so I´m not sure whether I´ll be able to squeeze it in. I´d like to, because it´s nice to run along saying happy christmas to everyone, and it gives me a perfect excuse to treat myself for the rest of the day

but if not, I´m not too worried as I´ve exercised well in the past week, and a day off won´t kill me.
