    I just wanted to say a big MERRY CHRISTMAS to all you chicks out there. I haven't been posting so much this past while (december is just SO busy) but reading your posts has really motivated me. I think this so far has been the most successful Christmas ever health-wise due to you all. May you all have a Christmas filled with joy, happiness and health!
