Greetings all, Im new here.

  • Hey everyone I just joined yesterday and thought i'd introduce myself.
    I started at 187 about 4 months ago and now weigh in at 152.
    I just did it by cutting junk food out of my diet and eating natural low fat yoghurt, veggies, fruit, fish, etc instead of the crap i was indulging in.
    My goal is 132, hope to reach it before june 08.
