won't eat because of possible gains either being a trigger food or a food that doesn't allow you to lose weight?
Generally mine are still junk foods because of past lack of control. I generally stay away from very salty foods but yesterday was an exception with the 94% fat free popcorn.
I have a new air popper and I think that I'll use to keep those popcorn points tracked and not salt it.
My New Year is going to be a Flex year. I think I have to count those points and enjoy an occasional treat that gets incorporated into the day's points.


Have a terrible "All or Nothing" mentality that I need to break and am working on. So I am very careful on checking all the points, writing everything down and working special things into my day. It is more of a emotional need for me and I have to address that so I don't overdo!
Also, I love Harry & David moose munch, also something I only buy at Xmas, it too has disappeared for the year
ha ha, I'm actually feeling good about getting back to my old healthy habits, but those are my triggers!
