Hi everyone,
hope you're all doing well. i'm finding it really hard to find the time to come on here - i'm so busy at work at the moment it's making it hard to find time to find support/motivate myself, and so i'm not making the progress i want to be - especially ahead of christmas eating rituals which usually involve serios over-indulgence. however, i've decided to treat myself sometime early next year with a trip to a boot-camp. i've been umming and ahhing over it for ages cos whilst many people say they're great, they also say that it's a quick fix and that it can't be maintained once you're back home. i can see what they mean but i think if i'm motivated enough and get into a routine (both of which better happen, considering the cost!!) then hopefully i can turn over that leaf and begin 2008 as i mean to go on. it's a bit scary, using my extremely limited holiday allowance and hard earned bonus on something like this, but i'm just really hopeful that it'll be worth it in the long run. in the meantime does anyone have any tips on how to make christmas healthy without denying myself a bit of festive food?? and anyone been on a bootcamp or heard of any that are good?
