I have just now desided to get my butt in gear. My husband has been lifting weights and is looking pretty good, I dont want to be the fat wife! So here I am! Wish me luck, and any advice would be verry helpfull! Thanks

You might want to check out the Featherweights forum--it's especially for those who have fewer pounds to lose or are getting close to their goal weight.
