So...
after an uber stressful day(week, month etc), feeling bloated (lack of discipline and TOM together) I've spent my birthday watching the Biggest Loser finale.
I know it's live but I never know how that works with what folks can see in different time zones so I won't reveal anything but lets just say that overall it's extremely inspirational across the board
I'm ready for my 2 weeks off from work, it's been so stressful and crazy and I've just been feeling lost.
This Friday I start my 2 week release and I'm off to Maine with not internet, no phone, no tv, no work. I've scheduled ice skating, snowshoeing and walking and trying to get back on track with food.
wish me luck, i probably won't check in until after Christmas but it's on my friends!
