Greetings everyone!

I thought it would be neat if we had a place to swap recipes. I am doing my MEDIFAST at a center so I do not get a lot of help, per say as far as recipe!

I really enjoy the food so far but it would be great to improve some meals and add some variety!

So if you have any recipes for the Medifast products, please share them here!

I went through their website quite extensively and i did not find any
