I am new to this board. I have struggled with my weight for a long time. This past year I was doing really well working out and being healthy... then I had an achilles injury that kept me from working out at all for a couple months. I am gradually getting back into things, but I am having a hard time getting motivated.
I just got married in August and now have a 10 year old step daughter. My husband works long hours and we have full custody of my SD... which means I have her most of the time. I am struggling finding time and energy to workout.
Is there anyone out there that might want to be my "weight loss buddy" to help me stay motivated and accountable?
