I started fat smash today and I started 3fc today as well.
Sadly the fat smash forum looks a little dead! Where are all my fellow smashers! LOL

I also just started the fat smash, actually the extreme fat smash, and just joined 3fc this week. I am really excited so far since I have stuck to it... its only been a day and a half, but i have all my food portioned out in my fridge for the next week. My first obstacle, a gingerbread muffin from a coworker as a xmas gift... i am proud to say that I have put it in tuperware to bring home to my boyfriend... I will not let myself fall off this early!

I am not a new smasher but a returning smasher. I tried starting FS back in July and had success within the first month, lost 10 lbs. but then slipped up due to vacations and school starting...i tried returning twice during school but found it too stressful.

I decided since school is over and i have the time, i am going to do the detox phase before christmas, then maintain a light diet, and finally i am going to go on weight watchers come jan. 1st. the good thing is i just joined a gym with my sister, fiance, and sister's boyfriend, so i will be able to work out now. No excuses!

I am starting Detox on Dec. 17th, and having that last the 9 days and see what i lose...so guys, im right here with ya...keep me on track!

I just started the detox phase for the second time, and this time I'm getting along a lot better! I've already stuck it longer, lol.

I'll keep you posted-I'm on day 4. I might just stay on this phase for another 9 days, i like it alot. Any experiences with people staying on it for 9 days? I'd love to hear about it.

i just lost 5 lbs just from being sick...ive had the stomach flu for 4 days now...its sucks...so hopefully, ill b back on my feet this weekend and b able to start detox on monday.

I've started the fat smash today myself - gave it the final think over last night and decided to make the commitment. The food constraints look a bit difficult, but I look forward to the challenge. I haven't gotten the book and plan to go for that tomorrow, seeing what recipes I can find online today.

I also started Fat Smash diet today! And the only reason is because I've been reading things on the Fat Smash form and it made me think it was definitley worth a shot! Here is the end of day1 and I'm really hoping I as well as YOU can stick to it! We all deserve to be healthy It's so awesome to have people to stick with during hard times!!
