Hi! I'm here... doing well this week so far. My losses with Core have really motivated me to stay on program.
Okay.. well that's not true... I've been getting dizzy during my workouts for the past two days. So much so that I've not been able to continue. I've never had this problem before, so I'm a little concerned. I've been told that I should probably eat before I work out, but I workout at 5am so making breakfast before then isn't gonna happen. Tomorrow morning I'll try a piece of fruit and some water, hopefully that will help me out a little.
Sandra I'm jealous! That retired life! My mom is retired as well and feels like you do. Luckily I keep her busy running errands for me!

(Kidding kidding! Well sort of! I don't keep her busy ALL the time, but from time to time I will ask her to do something for me. She doesn't mind).
