
This is just a little hurdle. The important thing is for you to pick yourself up, brush yourself off, and keep going. Don't let a slip up keep you from continuing! Maybe don't weigh yourself for another week or so to make sure you've undone whatever you might have done this weekend? Of course, any change you would see in the scale as a result of one day is most likely to come off immediately as soon as you put your mind to it.
