I did a search for magazines, but nothing came up, so I'm hoping this isn't a redundant thread...
I was wondering if you guys had any recommendations for fitness magazines for women. Good ones, ones that have tips for women about increasing strength gains and exercises for gaining muscle endurance, tips for the right way to eat to increase lean muscle mass, etc. Not the ones full of ads for GNC protein powder and beauty tips. U get what I mean?


If you have a specific fitness in mind, such as you're a yoga fanatic or pilates, or whatever, I'm sure there is a mag online or in the stands that you can find. Hope this helps! I too am annoyed with all of the ads...mostly I'm interested in exercises and success stories....
