I've never tried the fruit flavors, but I use baked and marinated (ready to use) all the time. The baked stuff can just be sliced for sandwiches and wraps. Try the Soy Boy Tofu Lin on wheat bread with mustard and greens, or Caribbean Spice flavor in a
side salad with yogurt and grapes.
I also use the Thai flavored White Wave tofu for a stir fry with broccoli and and a few raisins.
