I have read good reviews , and just ordered one. Anyone own one? tried one?
Did I just fall for the latest gimmick?

I tried one in the store (Brookstone?) and thought it was a little uncomfortable and a little ridiculous. I think you can get the same results (or better) from a $20 stability ball. Although, feel free to come back and tell us what you think of it.
