I'm thinking plain may be the only way to go during Phase 1. Anybody have some spruce up tips for plain yogurt that are Phase 1 friendly?

It's actually the sap from the agave cactus, Kara, so it's not a fruit, but it does have some sugar in it, so I don't know if it would be okay or not.
It's a great sweetener option in Phase 2 & 3, for sure.
