About 8 years ago I created a 100 things to do before I die list (assuming I live awhile). Well I lost the list but I did accomplish alot on the list. Well, I accomplished the Masters degree and the dream job and my kids are 20, 19 and 16, I even went to see Oprah. So I decided that I would do another list and thought I'd share it with you all. The light bulb moment occured when I looked at the things on my list that revolve around my weight. I also looked at other peoples list on the web and discovered not many people had loss weight on their list or had to loss weight before they can accomplish something on the list.
I am only at 45 but I want to be physically able to enjoy the things on my list. I also want to live long enough to get through the list (God willing). If I did the three physical things on my list the exercise would be taken care of. (epilitical at home, dance lessons once or twice a week, hiking once a week). What would be on your life list?
