Hello!
I'm calling all for their best exercise moviaters!
I just printed a calendar and hung it on my fridge... each day I exercise, i put a big X on the day. If I haven't put my X up, it will make me think twice before grabbing a snack from the fridge.
I am also thinking of making a rule.... no cheating on Saturdays (I have one cheat day a week) if I haven't gotten 5 X's per week!
Any other ideas???
