Hi. My name is Emma and I just found this site today. I've been working really hard for several months to lose weight and have gone from 288 to 261. I'm proud of the weight I've lost, but I'm stuck here and have lots more to lose. I'm looking for motiviation, inspiration, advice, success stories, etc... from people who have managed to get over a hump and continued to lose weight. I've been at 260-265 for a couple months and just can't seem to break into the 250's.
I'm not following any specific plan. I've just been eating low fat meals and walking. I thought about trying Alli to get over this plateau (I even bought it). But, I'm kind of afraid to take it after reading about the possible side effects.
I hope that just having a place I can share/vent might help.
